QST runs four manufacturing facilities in Taiwan and China.
    In Taiwan, QST produces external threaded fasteners and is equipped with state-of-the-art multi-die bolt formers, heat treat furnaces, induction hardening equipments, AS/RS integrated with automated underground conveying system, roller, optical, laser and eddy current sorting machines and automatic packing systems. In China, Yeswin, QST’s 100% owned facility, produces both internal and external threaded fasteners as well as
NC turning parts.

Pao-Ann Plant (206,400 sq ft/19,200 M2), Taiwan,produces external threaded fasteners and is equipped with state-of-the-art multi-die bolt formers, dephosphate line, heat treat furnaces, induction hardening equipments, AS/RS and automated underground conveying system.

Fu-Yang Plant (39,900 sq ft/3,700 M2), Taiwan,with 3 lines of furnaces, provides thru harden and case harden heat treatments.

Ren-Te Plant (112,100 sq ft/10,400 M2), Taiwan,is equipped with roller, optical, laser and eddy current sorting machines, and automatic packing systems for 100% sorting and packing process.

Suzhou Plant (358,700 sq ft/33,300 M2), China, produces both internal and external threaded fasteners as well as turning parts for China market as well as export.
